Chair: |
It appears that the members wish to continue discussing the current issue and not call up the orders of the day. We will take a vote. The question before you is "Will the assembly proceed to the orders of the day?" This motion needs a two-thirds vote in the negative for us to continue with the current issue and not follow the agenda.
Those in favor of proceeding to the orders of the day will please stand. Be seated.
Those opposed to proceeding to the orders of the day will please stand. Be seated.
There are fewer than two thirds in the negative, the meeting will proceed to the orders of the day
or
There are two thirds in the negative and the motion to proceed to the orders of the day is lost. The motion before you is "Motion A". |
